We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but if the products are faulty we will meet our legal obligations. Just follow the returns process below, all returns must be online and via post.

No returns are available in store at Kmart.

Please follow our easy process:

Step 1:

Please complete the form below and upload 3 – 4 photos highlighting your issues.

Step 2:

The OTG team will be in touch within 48 hours with an assessment of your issue.

If the team are unable to make an assessment via the images you have uploaded they will contact you with a RA number (Returns Authority) so that you can return your product to us for assessment.

Step 3:

Once sent your products are sent please allow 5 – 7 days for us to receive the products and contact you with a solution.
